The password reset switch on the RaQ is a small hole located next to the
LCD display panel on the front of the unit (not the back - that's the
Qube). Pushing it runs a script (/etc/lcd.d/reset_password) that sets
the password for "admin" to "admin" and "root" to "*" (locked) (via a
second script - /usr/local/sbin/pwreset - which basically writes new
lines into /etc/passwd for admin and root). That's all that it does,
nothing else (no data, config, etc is touched or modified).

Your next step after doing a password reset should be to immediately log
into the UI as admin, go to the Administrator section of the UI and
enter a new password for admin. That will then set root's password at
the same time to the same password.
