Please let us know the real hostname and domainname if you want us to
help you.

Does any email work for this account at all?

What do you mean by "email server parameters?"

Do you have proper DNS records?

Can't help unless I know the domain in question and then I can do some
testing.

In importantly, is there any reason why you top-posted your question to
an entire digest?

Here are some simple rules to follow <smile>...

1. NEVER ask a question by responding to a previous post.

2. When responding to a post, NEVER quote more of the previous post
than you need to in order for your reply to be understandable and in
context.

3. NEVER expect anyone to answer if you don't obey this simple rules of
netiquette.

4. If you don't know or understand the simple rules of netiquette,
please find them and learn them.
