If you are considering responding to this thread, please don't. It's an
established fact that Sun will turn a blind eye toward an individual
restoring their own RaQ with whatever software they want, as long as the
machine itself is always bought/sold/leased/etc. by its hardware
configuration. It's also a established fact if you attempt to market a RaQ
by anything other than its factory hardware configuration, Sun will slap you
hard.

If you want enjoy a healthy discussion on the merits of the license
agreement from a bunch of non-lawyers, please search the archives for a
lengthy thread from about 2 or 3 months back. It even includes the Dell
example  ;)

Nothing personal Brad, but no sense in revisiting traveled ground.
