Hi,
A mailing list I run has suddenly stopped getting to everyone on the list,
and I thought someone here might have some thoguhts.
There are some 42 people on the list, and about half of them are on AOL.
I've contacted AOL to ask them if I've been blacklisted, but they don't
know, and submitted a ticket and asked me to try again in a week.
I'm getting the following in maillog:
Feb 11 12:40:55 compusmiths sendmail[25386]: MAA25386:
from=<wpns@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>, size=691, class=0, pri=30691, nrcpts=1,
msgid=<3C6801A8.9A9EE11C@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>, proto=ESMTP,
relay=pool-151-204-224-35.bos.east.verizon.net [151.204.224.35]
Feb 11 12:40:55 compusmiths sendmail[25387]: MAA25386:
to=wpns@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, ctladdr=<wpns@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> (111/100),
delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=local, stat=Sent
Feb 11 12:41:37 compusmiths in.qpopper[25396]: (v2.53) POP login for
"wpns" at (pool-151-204-224-35.bos.east.verizon.net) 151.204.224.35
Feb 11 12:45:07 compusmiths imapd[25437]: Logout user=Active_Monitor
host=UNKNOWN
Feb 11 12:45:08 compusmiths sendmail[25438]: NOQUEUE: compusmiths.com
[209.132.85.54]: ETRN [rejected]
Feb 11 12:49:24 compusmiths sendmail[25510]: MAA25509:
to=<wpns@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>, delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:01,
mailer=local, stat=Sent
The first entry is the test mail I sent to the list, which got to me nearly
immediately. It doesn't seem to be getting to {anyone, everyone?} else on
the list, including my wife, who is also on compusmiths.com. The list is
hosted at pinecay.com, which is on the same RAQ as compusmiths.com. The
only suspicious things I see are the "Logout user" and "NOQUEUE" lines, are
those significant?
Thanks :== fn(reponse)
