How do you setup a hosts file on the server?  I have our fixed IP at the
office in the allow relay, and POP before SMTP is on.  I am thinking it has
something to do with the reverse lookup here at our office because we just
got a new ISP and a new firewall.  Could the firewall be blocking the
reverse lookup and this is what is causing the slowdown?
