I hope you ran your backup raq util recently.  If you did you can
download stripheader.pl located at 
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/experimental/stripheader-raq3-raq4.pl
Running this will convert the big .raq backup file to a regular .tar.
>From here you can download the .tar to your computer and use a tar
extractor to just pull out the httpd.conf file and upload it (in ascii
mode).
and here's meta-verify that the last post talked about.  Note, this does
say raq3 in the url.  I'm not sure if it's version specific.
