I don't know if the metaverify.pl will do that, but depending on how
many sites, it shouldn't be too hard. If you don't have a backup showing
the format, I'm sure if you say which RaQ version, someone will post
some defaults of how the RaQ writes the sites depending on certain
variables enabled in the site settings in the GUI.
I don't know what would happen if you were to add another site. If the
RaQ rebuilds the httpd.conf from the database each time a site is added,
or if the existing httpd.conf is just edited when you do that. If it's
rebuilt from the database, (as I'm sure someone on the list may know),
you should be able to add sub.domain.com as a new virtual site and the
httpd.conf would be recreated.
It might be a good idea to just download a copy of your httpd.conf file
to keep locally, just in case.
