Make sure you didn't knock one of the memory modules loose, and that the
disk cable is really plugged in tightly, you are having transient hardware
problems from the looks....
[Suspect hardware when randomness occurs;]
Hopefully, you used anti-static procedures when you replaced the disk, :P
