Thank you, Thank you, Thank you ..... my logs are no longer littered with
this crap !
So it would seem the OS Update when updating the Proftpd package creates an
additional entry under virtual hosts.
I checked the proftpd.conf.rpmsave and compared it with the proftpd.conf..
and sure enough that was the cause - Duplicate Entry !
