There have already been a number of posts on this subject.

There have been a few problems.

One problem is with the install and php.
If you have update php with Taco's update, you can uninstall the php 
update, install OS 2 upgrade, and then reinstall php upgrade.
No one has posted any remedy to other php upgrades.

I personally had no problems with the upgrade.  I have not installed 
webalizer, neomail nor php.
I have installed the latest ssh from Taco.
