This doesn't seem to be the problem:

Filesystem            Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on

any other sugestions?
This is a bit more tedious a solution, but I would suggest looking into disk usage per individual -vs- disk quotas. I've had similar errors with over quota users. Scour your logs for over quota messages first.
