No. It's a limitation of ftp protocol.
Strictly speaking you can probably modify the proftpd.conf file to have
multiple sites at the same IP with anonymous-type ftp accounts, for
example one called "anony" and another called "mous". But I wouldn't do
it on a RaQ until I was quite sure the RaQ sauce wouldn't overwrite it.
