C&W is British.
GBLX was based out of USA, then a Carribean island (IIRC)... now
it's headed to Asian controlling interest.

L3 has the best BGP community support that I've seen from a large
network. I'd not use them alone, but I can't say that there's
any one provider I would. Find the good routes, use them, and
pad the bejabbers out of the others.

Communities aren't high-overhead. Jeez, if you have to update
your RIB often enough for _that_ to make a difference, you'll
have long since been dampened into oblivion.
