What's nice about them is that they, like C&W and GBLX, support
community-based selective as-path padding. They also have nice
inbound community tags to flag origin. Kevin Epperson (L3's
peering coordinator tech) sent me a list of their supported
communites... it's very extensive.
Do you know offhand what their cross-connect policy is?
