[cobalt-users] SMTP from site on same server

Hi all,

I am using POP before SMTP to protect from spamming via our SMTP server, but
I also need to be able to use the SMTP server capabilities (not sendmail)
for sending of emails from sites within the server.

This obviously presents the problem of the server not being able to check a
pop account before it sends out the email.

Is there anyway to allow the SMTP server to relay emails if they come from
the servers IP address without having to remove the POP before SMTP, as this
is not an option to be honest.
