I thought that the errors meant that those files were in a group writable
path, but maybe it means that those files are trying to access a different
file in a group writable path.  I'm stumped.  I'd suggest putting /usr back
where it was so that /usr/lib is in its original location and see if the
errors disappear.  If so you may want to move directories within /usr
individually to see which cause problems.  I've definitely moved /usr/man,
/usr/src, /usr/local and /usr/doc without problems.  I'm sure there are
plenty of other directories that can be moved safely, but I'd have to log in
to a number of servers to check specifics that worked for me.  YMMV.
