Both "primary" and "secondary" servers are expected to return
authoritative results.
"Master" means that zone info is stored locally, and "slave"
means that it is pulled from the master. One may use rsync as an
alternative to BIND's built-in AXFR. (Note that djbdns requires
use of something like rsync, as it lacks built-in AXFR code.)
Grab a copy of the grasshopper book, BOG, or similar resource.
