Check your email you got from them. Check any email you sent to them.
You may have it somewhere, especially if you contacted them from your
own browser, and NOT from the Cobalt box.

The $100 certs all include 128 bit encryption. The $600 cert forces 128
bit encryption even on browsers that don't normally offer it. No, I
have no idea how they do that. I asked them about this before ordering;
that's how come I know.
No, I won't say you've been cheated, only that they took advantage of
you with an extremely misleading bit of text on their website.
I'd call customer support, ask them to replace the cert, and in fact ask
them to replace it with the $100 cert and credit you for $500. Who
knows, maybe they will.
If not, and if you used a credit card to order, check your country's
laws concerning charging back.
