I just upgraded to PHP 4.1.0 on a RaQ3. Before this I also installed the PDF, PNG, JPEG and GD
libraries. Everything during install ran surprisingly smoothly. No errors caught my eye.
After restarting httpd, I can no longer access websites via port 80. The GUI on port 81 is ok. The GUI
also reports the webserver to be running.
I thought maybe I did a mistake, as I can very vaguely remember some problem with PHP 4.1.0 on
RaQ3’s. I searched in the archives, but found nothing on this topic.
Next, I ‘downgraded’ PHP to version 4.0.06, a version I know should run fine on RaQ3’s. Still, the
webserver does not respond.
httpd -t returns SYNTAX OK.
There is no problem in restarting httpd, and no errors reported.
How can I troubleshoot this any further? Every check I’ve done indicates there is nothing wrong with
the webserver. Yet, it cannot be accessed with a browser.

Per M Knutsen
