A simmilar speed chip in a desktop pc will run to about 60 degrees C safely,
although modern processors will lock up to prevent themselves melting so
there's probably only an issue of stability there...
If it's got the pci slot free, you can get an extraction fan card that are
usually used for games machines, but it should fit and will help keep the
temperature down. (it looks like this:

If it's not in a data-centre or rack mounting, take the lid off, stick it on
it's side beside a desk fan, problem solved : ¬)
Novel solutions coming from a gaming background, but should have you sorted
until sun swaps it out, good luck!
