This is a riot. I recently had a fan die on my RaQ3i and I spend two
days on the phone ping-ponging from person to person at Sun/Cobalt
trying to buy a new one. A support chimp told me just to go to Rat
Shack or Fry's and buy a new one but couldn't tell me any specs on
the unit. I finally got bounced to a nice lady in marketing who told
me to meet her at the office in Mt. View and she would *give* me
a fan out of a RaQ that was laying open on someone's desk. Now
THAT is customer service :^)

She told me that since the Sun takeover things were in total disarray
and she agreed it was ridiculous that it would be so much trouble to
get a simple piece of hardware, especially for a RaQ under warranty.

Sun/Cobalt makes a great product; too bad they can't support it for
sh*t.
