[cobalt-users] RaQ4R Telnet: connection refused - Help

Hi,
my RAQ4 r won't let me in and keeps telling me:
telnetd: /bin/login: connection refused
.

The GUI tells me that there is some kind of misconfiguration.
I can't reboot either.

httpd and mailserver are still working, therefore I don't dare to unplug
the box without knowing what to do if the error persists (And maybe
httpd and mail don't work either).

I cannot reach the logfiles, but I got dozens of warnings via email like
these:

Subject: Cron <root@dns1> /usr/local/sbin/swatch >>/var/cobalt/adm.log
2>&1
execl: couldn't exec `/bin/bash'
execl: No such file or directory

execl: couldn't exec `/bin/sh'
execl: No such file or directory

What would you guys advise me to do?
