[cobalt-users] RaQ3i POP3 email problem - mails being lost by the raq

Hi All,

I've got a problem with a RaQ3i that has just surfaced. Basically our
client was checking their mail through a web interface while on holiday,
and obviously not deleting his messages.
During this time he went over his quota set on the RaQ of 10Mb.
When he checked the next time he noticed that several mails had been
lost by the system.

He confirmed that when he got home, downloaded his emails and found
several of them missing.
It appears that the RaQ decided to delete the mails that caused the
account to go over the quota.
I found the following error reported in the maillog around the same time
when he logged in:
Jan 17 07:19:05 host1 in.qpopper[10733]: theusername at theirdomain.net
(111.211.11.11): -ERR Error appending messages from temporary drop to
mailspool: No such file or directory (2)

So it looks like it tried to copy the files to a temporary, then when it
tried to copy them back/append it failed so lost some data.

Anyone know how to fix this, or if there is an update that I'm missing
here, as its pretty bad news if this happens!!!
