137, 138 and 139 are samba
run chkconfig --level 2345 smb off
this will stop it from starting at boot
then run /etc/rc./init.d smb stop
NetBios-less SMB traffic uses port 445 tcp and udp
look at chkconfig --list
turn off nfs nfsfs
/etc/rc.d/init.d/nfs stop
/etc/rc.d/init.d/nfsfs stop
chkconfig --level 2345 nfs off
chkconfig --level 2345 nfsfs off
