You don´t need the 445. It´s for a Windows Domain Controler System only.
137,138,139 you don?t need,too

Close these ports. The 137,138,139 can tell hackers a lot of your system
configuration.

On a RaQ I think you only need:
21 FTP
23 Telnet
25 SMTP
80 HTTP
81 HTTP (The GUI use this)
110 POP 3

All others are not used I think in external Network(Please correct when
i´m wrong)
Even when you want to connect to Sql from external Network you´ll need
this port ,too
(5432 for postgree or 3306 for MySql)
