[cobalt-users] RaQ4: procmail-beginner

Hi !

I am a total beginner and I have problems with the program procmail.
Do I have to activate procmail at the server, or already run the daemon in
the background?
( How can I activate Procmail???)

Where the file .procmailrc belongs ?
( in /users/username.... ???)
