Re[3]: [cobalt-users] PHP Vulnerability found

You've got that right. The first time we had their local experts in to
one of our boxes they fixed nothing, and charged us 100 bucks for the
joyride.

The second time they didn't charge us, which is probably a good thing
considering their tech went in and screwed the server, leaving it
sitting at what we assume is the fresh install screen ("Welcome to
your new Cobalt...click here to begin setting up...") and knocked off
for the afternoon. Rings me at 5:00pm on a Friday and tells me the
boss said to leave it and knock off...the weekend is here.

Gotta be happy with that.
