It's not "broken" it's just some of it's non-essential functions aren't
available via the GUI.
Things like subject headers can be done by editing the .cong files - it's
prefectly functional through the GUI and we have several sites on quite
large lists using it. On the odd occasion we use pico for a quick fix to the
'standard issue' majordomo, but to all intents and purposes and for most
clients, it works just fine.
