Cobalt's Migration Utility will restore either RaQ3 -> RaQ3 or RaQ3 ->
RaQ4.
Be sure to read the manual for it, though.

I don't remember if DNS was saved or not; I always save it separately.
All you have to save is the /etc/records file and the /etc/named.conf
file.
See a very long thread elsewhere on the "problem" with restoring a RaQ3
with a RaQ4 CD. Also, some of the ISOs don't seem to work.
