That's true. However you can use majorcool (which I can also set up, at
additional cost <wry grin>; I have to make a living <wry grin, again>.

I should be able to do it now, after a lot of instruction from the man
who runs the Majordomo support list.

I don't see why I should expect majordomo to operate within the gui. I
understand that Cobalt has fixed it to the point that you CAN change the
list configuration file and the changes will "keep".
Have you ever read "list-owner-info" or the other Majordomo files? If
not (they should be included on the RaQ, but I don't think they are
<frown>), I can set up an ftp folder for them.
Majordomo IS majordomo, not Cobalt. But you can use majorcool to
maintain most of it.
It's NOT user friendly.
The issue with the hostname (usually "www") in the return address is due
to the way Cobalt implements virtual hosting.

I successfully use majordomo (on RaQs and other systems) to run lots of
lists. I think it has <smile>.
