You can do this with Webmin or manually.
Just manually create a new virtual server in httpd.conf with an IP address
pointing to the parking page. Then create aliases for every parked domain.
As per the catch all e-mail, create the entry in virtusertable and do not
forget to include the domains for which e-mail will be received too.
