[cobalt-users] Raq4 Domain Parking with Mail services...how?

Hello,

I have searched through the archives and don't find anything that really
applies to what I'm looking to do.  Here is what we would LIKE to be
able to do:

Offer domain name "parking" with Email service, so the name would point
to a generic parking page (same for all domains).  The clients would
have access to a catch-all email address so anything@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
would be received.  Depending on the feasibility...either

A) Forwarding all the mail to a designated email address (somewhere
else) that they provide.

OR

B) They could retrieve email via a POP account.

AND/OR

C) They could retrieve/send email via a webmail account (we have neomail
installed on the server).

Preferably, we want to avoid having to setup each of these as their own
"site" in the control panel.  Since, they would not be using web
services and we want to preserve the site limit for actual sites needing
web space.

Anyone have suggestion on how to best go about this?
(I am sure no DNS expert, so maybe there is some VERY simple solution I
don't know about).
