If you notice the agreement, the cobalt disks are licensed for a SPECIFIC
use. To paraphrase paragraph 2 (or maybe 3) of the license displayed during
the use of a restore disk " the purpose of the disk is for the express
purpose of restoring a system to the ORIGINAL state as shipped from the
factory." Note that the software isnt allowed to be installed on ANY other
box, cobalt or not. Therefore, installing raq4 software on a Raq3 is
against the license since the 3 didnt ship from the factory with 4 software.
Now it MIGHT be legal if you buy the RAQ4 training kit ($700ish) and use the
os they provide for training, but I am SURE there is something in the
license that prevents using it for anything OTHER than training.
