I think that whether it's "/stats" or "/~stats" depends on where you got
the package, Carrie.  My copy of the package, from Taco's site, uses
"/stats".

Good idea.  Most hosting companies allow anyone to see the stats; I'd
ask each client how they want it (but then of course you couldn't set it
up automatically).
