When you setup the domain on the RAQ4i web based front end, did you have all of the domain boxes set to mysite.com?

The fields I refer to are called:

Domain Name:
Web Server Aliases:
Email Server Aliases:


I know when we got our first RAQ4, it was a bit of a shock that email didn't work as we expected it to, WITHOUT having all three of those setup as the same mysite.com.
