Wanted to say a deep thank-you to all who have provided help in my dns
issues. And a special note to Jeff regarding finances: sorry, always get
upset when things get reduced to money. Really do appreciate all the
help
and pointers.
Now that's been said: Have to raise a gory detail (sorry.) Have been
involved in active sites since 96. I/we have never been hacked. I find
it
too convenient that I am no sooner involved in this list than our
servers
are hacked and gutted.

Hi Patrick,
Am rather new to RAQs and to this list also. I feel gratitude as you
described for all the time/trouble that people on this list have
delivered me from experiencing. Seems I do recall at some time posts
mentioning that others, not actually involved with learning about RAQs,
read list archives to locate possible future hacking adventures. Perhaps
you are a victim of such, and if so, I regret that very much. Could
happen to a lot of us, I suppose.
As for the kharmic wheel, let's hope it balances this time. Best wishes
to you and to all the helpful folks on this list for a happy holiday
season and a bountiful new year. No more (etc.), promise -- the season
made me do it!
(end etc.)
