[cobalt-users] Help! Can email out but not receive any from outside...

Something is wrong on my RAQ and I can't figure out where to look. I thought
everything was working with email (except on those 3 sites) but it is only
really working on internal routing. I and users can send out mails and other
users can send and receive emails to each othe but when people outside our
box send emails to us they never find the route, the emails are attempted to
be sent... still trying to see what is happening. I was sure someone could
have a link or an answer by the time I stumble upon it. Please help.
