Several of us. I'm using ORBZ on our Qube3, and set it up using Charlie
Summers' extensively detailed instructions for voiding your software
warranty by reconfiguring sendmail. :-) Search the list archives for
"sendmail configuration using m4 on a Cobalt RaQ3 (long)" which was the
subject of Charlie's original message on the subject.

I've got a cron job running which emails a daily count of bounced mail; I'm
stopping anywhere from 40 to 100 per day, and we're a pretty small site.

There are some other basic configuration steps to take, like making sure any
majordomo lists are as buttoned-up as they can be and setting the max size
on list email as low as possible, but the various DNSBLs are the most
effective prevention steps. See the news.admin.net-abuse.email FAQ for
listings of the major DNSBLs - <http://www.spamfaq.net/spamfighting.shtml>.

I'd start with the Sanitizer. I think the address was posted a few days ago,
but it bears repeating:
<http://www.impsec.org/email-tools/procmail-security.html>. It's essentially
a canned procmail script which will take you a little while to set up, but
since we installed it we've had zero badtrans or goner detections from
Norton. They've all been stopped at the door.
