RE: [cobalt-users] Raq 3/rpm question. Which rpm's to download?



7.1 does NOT have binary compatibility (nor even the same version of rpm)
with 6.2
different versions of glibc and gcc, etc.
and many, many locations have changed.
6.2 versions of rpms compiled for the i386 arch is your best bet.
Of course, there's always the roll-your-own .srpm
