Hello and thanks for your time
I finally got the email to work with outlook, where I can send and receive
the email, using aol no less. However, one person I know cannot send email
through outlook, but can receive it. They get an error sending the mail
I am worried future clients will have the email set up but encounter the
same problem. Since it works just fine for me, I figured it would be an
issue with their isp. However, do I have to find their ip and enter this
info somewhere to have it accept both email and send it? In the settings
where I type in the domains for email relay, for example, in the raq 3 admin
panel, do I have to do the same with their IP?
Just trying to grasp what would solve such a problem. Though it might be
rare, a remedy would be nice. I just think I am missing the logic as to WHY
they can't send, but can receive when I can send/receive with their domain's
mail without fail
Thank you for your time
Ps. Has neomail worked well for you? I am planning to install it if this
doesn't work out
