In outlook express and 2000 tell them to go to tools accounts mail click
on servers tab and than at the bottom there is a check box that says
outgoing server requires authenication next to than is a grayed out box
click that it should say use same setiing as incomming server

Howevr if they allready have mail to send that is failed they have to go
to tools accounts mail then recive all after that and form then on it
should be ok
