I'm currently working on a project that will automatically backup RaQs
on a contracted schedule, and optionally make available a "fast restore"
to a system hosted at our own datacenter, so no sites will be down
longer than necessary. We'll probably have to offer DNS hosting as well
for us to be able to make the IP# change as quickly as possible, and
frankly some users (whose ISPs host DNS longer than the ttl in the dns
zone file) will still have problems seeing the site.

But still, it's about as good as you can get in backup and prompt
restore.

There's still a lot of issues to work out before this will be ready but
we're working on it now.
