Excuse me for asking a fairly dumb question and one that I'm sure has been
answered before but I just pulled my RaQ4 out of the box, plugged it in and
now I'm looking to do the patching. What I'm not understanding is which
patches I need. I know I'm supposed to go to
http://www.cobalt.com/support/download/raq4.eng.html and start from the
bottom but as I was scrolling down I noticed that I've already got some of
the patches listed... Is there a cut off? Or should I just install
everything not on the list? Here's what's on my system:

Relational Database Server and Client tools by InterBase. Release V6.0
Cobalt OS Release 6.0
RaQ4-All-Mfg Release 1.0.1-11246
RaQ4-All-Security Release 1.0.1-8232
RaQ4-All-Security Release 1.0.2-9077
RaQ4-All-Security Release 1.0.2-9078
RaQ4-All-Security Release 1.0.2-9353
RaQ4-All-System Release 1.0.1-8572
RaQ4-en-OSUpdateRelease 1.0
Third Party Disaster RecoveryRelease 1.0.2-9198

Thank you in advance.

The basic answer is that you want to install them all. If you read the info with the OSUpdateRelease 1.0, it obsoleted some of the updates and thus they do not need to be done. If you can find anything dealing with the Mfg Release 1.0.1-11246 that would be real nice as I do NOT see it listed anywhere or any explanation of it. I have searched the site and found nothing dealing with it. It may be some new release they have to fix a lot of things. I have a page with some of the earlier releases listed on it. http://www.yetiservices.com/raq4e.html
