Pretty sure that this was fixed in the 2.27 release. There are two known bugs
in the 2.22 version on RaQ3.
1. It was not correctly migrating email forwards on RaQ3, it would set the forward
value to off in /etc/aliases.
2. Vacation messages where not created properly, the entry in /etc/aliases
did not have the full fqdn in it causing it to fail.
