UUNet has delegated reverse DNS to us for a /25 subnet. Here lies the
problem.. their DNS resolves 1.75.121.63.in-addr.arpa to
1.0.75.121.63.in-addr.arpa. The Raq2 units that I use for DNS automatically
create the /25 PTR records at 1.0/25.75.121.63.in-addr.arpa. How do you
change the DNS administration tool to automatically create these records
using UUNet's standard rather than the RFC2317? They refuse to use that,
because they say it is *flaky*.
Thanks!
