Support is $499 per year. It's based on Red Hat Linux 6.2 (that's old
<frown>). It doesn't have near the hosting flexibility of Cobalt RaQs
(for example, if you're doing name-based-hosting you cannot use more
than one IP#).
Each time I've called for information I ended up with a salesrep who
tried to upgrade me to the ServerXchange product, which costs thousands
of dollars per year, as the way to get certain functionality I needed.
What makes you think you'll love Ensim any more than you love Cobalt?
Jeff
