We will continue to support our clients using Cobalt RaQs, Cobalt Qubes,
and "straight" linux boxes. We will continue to support Mailtraq for
Windows NT/2K/XP servers. We are currently learning to support the
Plesk administration software, and to install it on RaQ hardware.
We're also investigating producing a BackupRaQ using RaQ hardware and
our own linux-based software.
We've decided to NOT support the Ensim product; I think the Plesk is a
better value, and I'm happier with the support I get from their staff.
They've bent over backwards to help us, whereas all I ever get when I
talk with people at Ensim is high-pressure salespeople trying to get me
to spend thousands of dollars a year.

We will continue to support RaQ hardware and software as long as it
runs. We can fully support RaQ software upgrades independently of
Cobalt but choose to not do so as long as Cobalt continues to support
them in a timely manner. It's still a good solution for lots of users
and we support their use <smile>.
