[cobalt-users] Cant access Raq thru telnet

Hi, I can't access one of my raq servers via telnet or SSH.   The server 
won't even give me the login prompt.

I talked with the dedicated server company and they said it won't even let 
them access it from there end it does the same thing.  Access to the 
connection but no login prompt.
