I have exactly the same problem with my RaQ4r.... The catch all has never worked
I had this problem when I first set up my RaQ4 coming from a RaQ3.. apparantly the setup is different to get it to work..
In the site settings under server alias... do not put any www.domain.com entries... only domain.com or mail.domain.com or what have you... not www though because it is already set as host..
Then in "control panel/mail settings" put your www.domain.com in the relay mail field...
