This is what I saw:
>procmail: Couldn't create "/home/sites/home/../../sponl/mail/jheeg

Apparently, spool is spelled incorrectly and thus the RaQ couldn't write
to it because it didn't exist. -- Jonathan

Worked like a champ.  My only reservation is not understanding the
actual
problem and what caused it and what is the fix.  That said, the
work-around
was excellent.  Thanks for the input.

Try creating an other loginname and create jheeg as an alias. Perhaps
that
will do the job.
